To round out our fantastic Rhode Island Fourth of July fun we picked up some Del’s Soft Frozen Lemonade from a Del’s truck that was at Oakland Beach in Warwick, RI. Del’s Lemonade, now an international brand, had it’s humble beginnings in Rhode Island more than 60 years ago. It’s a local institution and I remember eating my fair share of Del’s as a kid during summers growing up in Rhode Island.

We ordered one original and one watermelon frozen lemonade, and it was delicious. The original is made with sugar, crushed ice and lemons. You have to be careful, sometimes there are lemon seeds in your drink!

We spent our time in Rhode Island with one of my best friends, Carey, whom I’ve known since the 4th grade. She joined us on our Rhode Island Fourth of July adventure and can be seen here modeling some Del’s Lemonade. Thanks for hanging out with us!
