Day 62 – 6/15 –

Wow! Today was filled with gorgeous scenery. We saw green grasses along the roadside that moved in the breeze like waves in the ocean. We saw snow covered mountains and gorgeous blue skies.

The day started slow. We got ready for the day in the Walmart bathrooms before doing some grocery shopping. Then we headed to the rodeo for several hours before heading out of town. We weren’t sure if we would make it to South Dakota before dinner or not, but we did and decided that since it was early enough in the day that we would head to Custer State Park for awhile. It was amazing hitting 10,000 miles surrounded by a herd of buffalo.

Today was absolutely wonderful.
