I snapped this shot while Kate and I were enjoying a bit of warm and sun on day 36 of our road trip. We pulled over and stopped at a state beach near Pacifica, California on our way from Half Moon Bay to San Jose to stretch and walk on the beach. The tide was coming in quickly and we had to be careful not to get our feet wet in the sand.
