Lafayette Square located in Saint Louis, Missouri was a real surprise. Brett had read about some old Victorian homes surrounding a central park and we decided to go and investigate while we were in St. Louis (especially when the Cardinals afternoon game was really an evening game – as we had time on our hands). We drove to the park from the riverfront and were amazed at the amount of Victorian homes and how absolutely gorgeous they are. We walked several of the streets and drove the majority of the others before taking time to walk through the park.

If you find yourself in St. Louis, we definitely recommend taking some time and enjoying the architecture in Lafayette Square.
