Lots and lots of signs. Which way to go? This photo was taken right in the heart of Fountain Square, a small neighborhood just south of downtown Indianapolis. There’s a bike shop, a bowling alley, a diner, several restaurants – and, in typical Indiana fashion – easy access to the highway. I got extrememly lucky with this photograph. The sun was setting and I had walked down Shelby Street from my car towards the diner, but the sign wasn’t on yet. It wasn’t until after I had walked past the diner and started coming back that the sign turned on. Five or ten more minutes and it would have been too dark to grab this shot.
